Oelio Falcao”Tito” was born and raised in the pantanal wilderness,Around Porto Jofre Area,110Km of the town of Pocone, a small city at the begining of the Transpantaneira Road High way. Growing up at the Pantanal offered Tito a great opportunity to become a Local Guide,and learn about the local culture, its foods, medicinal plants, and customs.
He went to school far from home, memories of the Pantanal and its wildlife remained vivid, and he couldn’t wait to return to the bush during school holidays. Tito had a fascination with Pantanal’s wild areas from a young age. Determined to pursue tourism as his vocation.
Tito’s Father (Fião) Was born and raised in Pantanal as well,and was working as Ranger for 30 years For the Brasilian National Park Inside the Pantanal.His his Father taught him how to work together with the wildlife, and protect the natuaral Habitat.
Now for Seven years, he leads specialist photographic safaris, jaguar tracking safaris and birding safaris within the Pantanal. Tito has an amazing ability to spot and identify wildlife.Tito speaks English as well as Portuguese.
